*Tuition is due bi-weekly for the upcoming weeks. There is a 5-day grace period, after which you are assessed a $5 per day late fee. If tuition is not paid by the next scheduled due date, your child may not return to FKS until it is paid in full. Three late payments could result in the child being disenrolled. Childcare fees are assessed according to enrollment, NOT attendance. Accounts that run more than 30 days past due will be disenrolled and subject to legal proceedings, as well as an interest rate of 7.9% charged on the balance owed plus fees and reasonable attorney costs if/when necessary. Not Sufficient Funds (NSF): There is a $35.00 charge for any returned check plus any applicable fees that have been charged to FKS by the bank.

*Fees are subject to change at any time.

*Days may not be exchanged and payment is still expected for missed days, sick days, or when FKS is closed for snow days or any other reason.

*A $1 per minute late fee, per child, will be charged for any pick-up occurring after 5:30 pm. FKS reserves the right to terminate this agreement when/if a Parent is excessively late (more than 3 times) in picking up their child.

*Parents may pay child care fees with a check or have the fees automatically withdrawn from their bank account. There is a service fee assessed for all debit card and credit card transactions. Paying with a money order or routing number and account number is always free. Cash is not accepted.

*Parents who receive assistance from the Department of Human Services (DHS) or GSRP are responsible for payment of all fees not paid by DHS  or GSRP.

*One month’s written notice MUST be given to withdraw your child from FKS. Parents will be responsible for the whole month of tuition if they do not provide the required written 30-day advanced notice.
